Peregrine Aviation is an aircraft dealer and brokerage based in Boca Raton, Florida, transacting worldwide. We buy and inventory aircraft on our own line of credit, trade them across world markets, and represent buyers and sellers. Four decades in, we are proud of every closing.

Across four decades, Peregrine has completed more than $2 billion in cumulative aircraft sales for hundreds of satisfied customers, from light jets to ultra-long-range aircraft, on both sides of the transaction. We specialize in large-cabin and ultra-long-range aircraft: Dassault Falcon, Bombardier Challenger and Global, Gulfstream, Boeing BBJ, Airbus ACJ, Embraer Legacy, and Cessna Citation. We are members of the National Business Aviation Association, and we hold ourselves to a standard simpler than any association’s: full disclosure, on every aircraft, every time.
What sets Peregrine apart is that we are a dealer, not just a broker. We buy aircraft on our own line of credit, take title, and resell them. The majority of our transactions have been aircraft we owned: we purchased two Falcon 900EXs directly from ENI, the Italian energy company, acquired and resold aircraft for private families, and delivered multiple aircraft to the federal government of Nigeria. We are also expanding into aircraft financing and leasing with our trading partners, so a buyer can acquire and finance an aircraft through one relationship.
From Boca Raton, we work globally. The aircraft we sell find buyers across world markets, and the aircraft we source for clients come from wherever the right airframe lives. Distance has never decided a deal for us. Diligence has.
Scott M. Dandeneau, MAS
Scott Dandeneau has been in the business jet market since 1986, when he began in charter and management sales at Jet Aviation. Since then he has been involved in more than 400 corporate jet sales, a body of work that covers nearly every major airframe in the category and nearly every kind of transaction, from straightforward sales to trades, fleet transitions, and structured multi-aircraft transactions. Airbus selected him to lead the North American launch marketing of the A319 ACJ, and a member of the Dassault founding family trusted him with the private acquisition of his personal Falcon.
His path into aviation ran through finance. Scott spent five years as an officer at Chase Manhattan Bank in pension trust and global custody, working between New York and London, and that grounding in capital and contracts still shapes how the firm approaches valuation, financing, and deal structure. He holds a Master of Aeronautical Science with a minor in aviation management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a B.A. in accounting from Rutgers University, and he is a private pilot with instrument and multi-engine ratings, trained at FlightSafety International. He speaks the language of the cockpit as fluently as the boardroom.

Scott has represented buyers and sellers ranging from individual principals to organizations including the Anschutz Corporation, GE, IBM, Paul Allen and Charter Communications, the Onassis Estate, Elf Aquitaine, the Prince of Monaco, Qwest Communications, L’Oréal, Peugeot, Volvo, Bouygues, Sara Lee, Steel Partners, the National Oil Company of Angola, the Boston Red Sox, Sunoco, Pillsbury, and Bordens. Across all of them, the approach has not changed: know the aircraft, know the market, tell the client the truth, and close the deal on terms that hold up.
